Design a mass-produced product so that repairs to it can be made with a 3D printer. Are there mass-production materials that mimic the look of 3D-printed materials, so that a repaired portion looks similar to the original? (Though this could be solved with paint.)
Of course, specifications of the parts need to be made available.
