[kzpybzhu] Paragraph separators in Gmail android app

Write two paragraphs of text as a message on different phones and examine the HTML that actually gets sent.  (Easiest done at the receiving end.). There is something terribly wrong with how the newer Nexus 5x does it.

This affects blog-by-email for this blog, and makes GnuPG unable to parse PGP ASCII armor.
