[dlqbkwvw] Various azimuthal projections

In an application for viewing an object in 3D, provide a slider to adjust the center of projection.  One half of the slider allows the traditional near-side azimuthal perspective projections.  Moving the center of projection to the limit of infinity provides the orthographic projection.  The other half of the slider provides far-side azimuthal projections, which are rarely used in traditional 3D but frequently used in map projection, including passing through gnomonic and stereographic projections.  These projections may usefully (or confusingly) allow seeing the back side of an object.  (Previously similar.)

This works for 3D objects but not 3D scenes.
