There are more, perhaps not generally considered classical music: orchestration of the Soviet national anthem, soundtracks to movies.

A subset of these I would call transcendent, distinctly standing out among the composer's other works ("touched by a Muse"), as well as the entirety of human civilization.  Inspired by Rachmaninoff, who himself instantly recognized that the 18th variation was special.
