[mocvcywg] Reduced prime power product

Like a primorial function, but including perfect powers of primes, but when multiplying, the exponent is reduced to 1.

The partial products of 2 3 2 5 7 2 3 11 13 2 17 19 23 5 3 29 31 2 37 ..., so 2 6 12 60 420 840 2520 ...
