SL4A (Scripting Layer for Android) could use a Lisp (Scheme, Clojure, etc.) binding. When doing programming on the phone itself with its tiny or nonexistent keyboard and small screen, terseness is appropriate.
We will also need a nice UI for parentheses matching and navigating around tree structured code.

I agree. A lisp variant for SL4A would be great.
